Wayne Robertson is a Professional Engineer (PE), LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and Certified Commissioning Agent (CxA) with 30 years experience in the energy conservation field.  Wayne specializes in LEED Consulting, Building Commissioning, and developing energy cost reduction programs. He has been in the energy industry since 1977, in both public and private sectors.  Mr. Robertson is a LEED AP accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council since 2001, Co-Chairman of the Atlanta American Institute of Architect's Committee On The Environment and an officer in the Southeastern Energy Society and the Georgia Energy Services Coalition.  Wayne was chairman of the ASHRAE Technical Committee that writes the rules for Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA).

25+ years experience in energy consulting: energy studies, performance contracting, facility condition assessments and engineering retrofit design.  Registered mechanical engineer, MBA, CEM, LEED Accredited Professional since 2001.  Nationally-recognized speaker and writer on energy subjects.  Nineteen years with Heery International as Director of Energy Engineering.  Founded Energy Ace, Inc. in 2002 to provide LEED™ consulting and energy cost reduction programs.
