City of Atlanta, Atlanta, GA - a project to determine if the City was on the best electric rates possible and to identify opportunities for energy cost savings from rate changes, adjustments or billing errors. Also performed an energy audit of the City's largest buildings and performed training for facility managers. Saved the City $430,000. Atlanta Technical College, Atlanta, GA - Developing a water metering program to help limit the effects of steeply rising sewage and water costs in Atlanta.

Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, GA - Phase One Utility Rates Analysis and walk-thru energy audit of four buildings.

Southern Polytechnic State University, Marietta, GA - a focused study that identified quick ways to save energy dollars through operational changes. Included an overview study of electric rates and provided suggestions for rate negotiations. Delivered a report of actionable recommendations to save money and help meet budget reduction goals.

DeKalb County, Decatur, GA - Performance Contracting consulting. Advised on RFP development, reviewed proposals and provided technical support to the Selection Committee. Assisting with negotiations, reviewing and advising on energy projects and assessing savings projections to assure best value for the County.

Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA - Utility Rates Analyses and Energy Studies - Evaluated steam system and developed water metering program to mitigate rapidly rising sewage costs in Atlanta. Savings of over $400,000 were identified.

Presbyterian College, Clinton, SC - Energy Audits and Utility Rates Studies - Performed a Phase One Energy Audit of six buildings that identified over one hundred potential energy conservation measures. Our Utility Rates Analysis found a water leak that may result in a refund of $48,000 to Presbyterian College. Gas meter consolidation opportunities were identified.

Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, NC - Energy Audits and Utility Rates Analysis -  Conducted a Phase One Energy Audit of 12 buildings on this historic campus. Included an overview study of electric rates and provided suggestions for rate negotiations and meter consolidations for gas and electric.

Decatur Church of Christ Senior Housing, Inc., Decatur, GA - Facilities Conditions Assessments of two buildings for capital project planning and budgeting. Also Project Management for two projects for senior citizens housing facilities - fire alarm upgrade and security fencing installation.

State University of West Georgia, Carrollton, GA - a project to help the State University of West Georgia install new energy efficient lighting in five major campus buildings. Also helping reduce its electric rates by performing an audit of lighting and other installed measures that reduce connected load.

Daikin Industries - assisting a Japanese engineering firm to develop a business plan for introducing a new air conditioning product to the United States.

Georgia Building Authority, Atlanta, GA - performed an energy benchmarking activity for the Authority that operates the Capitol complex in Atlanta, and identified energy targets for an energy program. Used DOE, BOMA and Energy Star data for benchmarking and to establish goals. Performing review of ESCO energy audit for Performance Contracting.

LEED™ Consulting - DeKalb County School System, Decatur, GA Working with architects to develop a high performance, sustainable design for a high school campus at Arabia Mountain.
